VINEGAR BASED ALL PURPOSE AND GLASS CLEANERS
Vinegar is a great option for cleaning. The acidity of the vinegar is powerful against bacteria, it can dissolve soap scums, grease, and other buildups, and sticky residues A vinegar-based cleaner can be used to clean mirrors, windows, bathroom soap scum, toilets, sinks, kitchen grease, wooden cutting boards, countertops, and even trash cans. Vinegar will, DAMAGE stone floor tiles such as marble, or any other porous flooring and granite. As long as you avoid those surfaces, a vinegar-based cleaner is an amazing alternative to toxic chemical-based cleaners.

DIY Orange Peel Vinegar Glass and All-Purpose Cleaner
When using both vinegar and essential oils, the ratio of vinegar to water should be 1:7. Therefore, for each oz of vinegar, you add 7 ounces of water. See the following recipe to prepare a 16 oz glass spray bottle.
My Favorite Vinegar Glass Cleaner
 Ingredients:
- ¼ cup(2oz) White Vinegar
- 1 ¾ cups (14 oz) Water
- 30 drops of essential oil – Choose one Lemon, Sweet Orange, Grapefruit
Instructions:
- Mix it all in a 16 oz glass spray bottle.
- Store in a dark place
- Shake before each use
To clean glass surfaces, I like to use only one scent. But, you can use any combination you like.

 Ingredients:
- ¼ cup(2oz) White Vinegar
- 1 ¾ cups (14 oz) Water
- 30 drops of essential oil – Choose one Lemon, Sweet Orange, Grapefruit
Instructions:
- Mix it all in a 16 oz glass spray bottle.
- Store in a dark place
- Shake before each use
The above a powerful cleaner with a refreshing scent. You can use any combination you like to add extra cleaning and disinfecting power. For example, Oregano mixes well with citrus and adds additional cleaning power and antibacterial properties.
